Professional development is crucial for continuous growth and is an important part of an organization’s strategic and workforce planning.  Our services include coaching, consulting, assessment and training.

Our SACC division provides appreciation programs and gifts for businesses or individuals.  Our main goal is to assist  you in valuing others through appreciation and helping to share your story.

 Our non-profit, The Flexible Workplace Initiative  assists organizations to  building a business case for flexibility and creating a culture where productivity  is increased and the needs of both employee and organizational goals are successful.
